Our Firm represents corporations ranging from family owned and operated businesses, to national and multi-national firms. We handle all types of business litigation, including commercial debt collection and contract disputes. In many instances, we agree to handle these types of cases on a contingency basis, which means that our fee is based on a percentage of any settlement or verdict that we obtain.

As required by law, the client is responsible for out of pocket expenses such as deposition costs, filing fees, expert costs, and other court fees and costs. However, at our discretion, we will often advance those costs.

For other types of business litigation, we offer flexible fee arrangements to accommodate our clients’ particular needs.
