Dennis was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Florida in 1993 and his Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, N.H., in 1997.

Dennis has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997 and, as such, is admitted to practice in all state Courts of Florida.

He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, as well as the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section of The Florida Bar.

Dennis is also fluent in Spanish.
